Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Simona Gioia, who grants the licence to use VaxTweaker and can be contacted at the address shown on the support page. Orders are sold by our authorised reseller, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, named at checkout: this is why its name appears at checkout and on the receipt. The reseller sells each order, shows its own terms at checkout and issues the receipt.

The software is protected by copyright and is licensed, not sold. Nothing here transfers ownership of it.

Requests about an order, a licence or these terms go through support: a ticket on the VaxTweaker Discord server, or the email address shown on the support page.

Definitions

The following words are used with a fixed meaning throughout this document.

• VaxTweaker — this website, the Windows application, its documentation and its update and support surfaces.
• Free — the capabilities the installed application makes available without a paid entitlement.
• Premium — the capabilities the installed application unlocks when a licence is entered. A commercial label never overrides a safety, compatibility, hardware or Windows restriction.
• Licence key — the personal credential that unlocks Premium in the application.
• Device — an eligible Windows installation on which a licence has been activated.
• Consumer — a natural person acting mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession, where applicable law gives that status.

Acceptance, capacity and age

By downloading, installing, buying, activating or using VaxTweaker you ask for the applicable product and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install, activate or use the software.

You must be at least 18 to buy or hold a paid licence. A person aged 16 or 17 may use VaxTweaker only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who holds the licence. The product is not directed at children under 16.

If you use VaxTweaker for an organisation you confirm that you may bind it. No organisational or commercial-use right is granted unless the checkout or a written agreement says so.

Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right.

Account

You need an Account to buy and manage Premium. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email: keep access to that mailbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to your Account.

When you create an account you accept these terms; the version, the date and the language you accepted are recorded.

In Account you can see your plan and orders, show and copy your licence key, deactivate devices, change your name and language, and link Discord.

An account that has never made a purchase is deleted after 12 months without a sign-in. You receive an email 30 days before.

You can delete your account from Account at any time; a renewing subscription must first be cancelled in the payments portal. Deletion ends the licence and Premium on your devices; on its own it does not refund a payment.

Free

Free is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the application on Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Free consists of the functionality the installed application shows as available. It is not presented as containing every capability, and a catalog entry that is deferred or still waiting for validation does not become usable because it is listed.

Free is supplied without a paid support commitment. Mandatory conformity rights are unaffected by that.

Premium, licence and key

A Premium licence is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the unlocked capabilities for the term and under the conditions the checkout showed.

The licence key is confidential. Do not publish it, sell it, lend it, or use it to activate the software for another person. You are responsible for reasonable protection of the key and for activity under it until you report that it may be compromised.

Payment does not grant authority to bypass a product safety boundary, a compatibility restriction or a Windows restriction. It does not grant source-code access, redistribution rights, ownership, or a right to a future capability.

When your Account is linked to Discord, Premium also gives the Premium role on the community server, for as long as Premium is active. Free users can link Discord too, without that role.

Devices

A Premium licence may be active on no more than two Windows installations at one time. A third activation is refused until you free a slot. Reinstalling the application for the same Windows user does not use another slot. If you reinstall Windows on the same computer, the licence is recognised and moved to the new installation automatically, at most once every 30 days; otherwise a new installation counts as a new device.

Activation needs an internet connection. While the computer is online, the application confirms the licence about every 24 hours. Without a connection Premium keeps working for up to 72 hours from the last confirmation, then pauses until the next one. Your settings and local data are not touched.

To move the licence to another computer, deactivate the old one from the application or from Account: the slot is freed at once. A major hardware change can make a machine look like a new one; if a slot stays taken and you cannot free it, contact support. An anomaly is reviewed; it does not cause an automatic permanent revocation.

Orders, prices and tax

The published prices are €7.99 per month, €39.99 per year, €89.99 one time. There is no free trial on a paid plan. Prices are shown in euro, tax included where applicable.

You buy in Account. The payment page opens on this site, but payment is handled by our authorised reseller (Merchant of Record), shown at checkout: this site does not process payments and stores no payment instrument. The checkout determines the final offer: the amount, the currency, the tax treatment, the payment methods and the purchase terms are confirmed there before you pay. If what the checkout shows conflicts with this page, do not complete the order and contact support first.

VAXLAUNCH30 reduces the first payment of an eligible plan by 30% for 14 days from the launch the service provider sets. It is applied by the checkout without you entering anything, it applies once to the first payment only, and it is separate from the migration offered to customers of the previous version.

The reseller sends the receipt for the order to the address used at checkout. Keep it: it carries the order reference that support and a refund request need. Premium starts only once the reseller confirms the payment; your licence key then appears in Account and is sent to you by email.

Refunds, withdrawal and cancellation

The refunds page explains the 30-day commercial guarantee from the first purchase, the separate statutory withdrawal rights where applicable, and the mandatory remedies that remain available. It forms part of these terms.

A monthly or annual plan renews until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account, which opens the reseller's customer portal, and access stays active until the end of the period already paid for. A refund request on its own does not switch off a licence; only a confirmed refund ends it.

Lifetime

Lifetime is one payment for Premium access and updates for as long as VaxTweaker is maintained and compatible. It does not renew and cannot fall into a past-due state.

Lifetime is not a promise of support forever, of compatibility with every future version of Windows or with a third-party service, or of a separately branded future product.

Maintenance can end only if VaxTweaker ceases permanently — never because of a rename or a change of plan. In that case the service provider gives 12 months of public notice, continues to ship critical and security fixes during the notice period, publishes a final signed build, and provides a path that keeps an installed copy usable.

Customers of the previous store

If you bought VaxTweaker on Sell.app, the previous store, your purchase moves to Account. Sign in with the email you used on Sell.app and the licence is found automatically. If you now use a different email, claim it in Account with the order number and the old licence key. You can claim your purchase for at most 12 months; after that, the data of the old purchase is deleted and it can no longer be recovered.

A Lifetime purchase stays Lifetime. A subscription stays active until the date already paid, as recorded by Sell.app, and ends there: after Account launches it no longer renews and Sell.app makes no new charges. To continue, buy a plan in Account.

Lifetime licences issued at no charge on Sell.app also move to Account as Lifetime. Before the move, their holders receive an email explaining it, with reasonable notice. They then claim them like other customers: with the same email used on Sell.app, or with the order number and the old key.

Support

Support is provided through private tickets on the VaxTweaker Discord server and through the email address shown on the support page, in English and Italian, on working days. We aim to answer within a few working days.

That is a target, not a service-level agreement: it does not promise a response time, a fix, an outcome or availability. Mandatory consumer remedies are unaffected.

On the Discord server, support goes only through private tickets. In public channels, do not write licence keys, payment details or passwords, and do not send diagnostic material or an order detail there.

A support package you create locally is redacted for known secrets and personal paths. Attach it to your Discord ticket or to your email to support. Review it before you send it: redaction reduces risk but cannot make every remaining troubleshooting detail harmless.

System changes, safety and results

VaxTweaker can change Windows settings, services, power configuration and installed components. A change can interact with Windows updates, security tools, drivers, hardware and third-party software.

For a supported control the application captures the current value before it changes, and can write that captured value back. Data removal is one-way: the boundary is shown before the operation starts, and there is nothing to restore afterwards. The application does not claim that every effect of a change is recorded or automatically reversible.

Read the explanation and the stated boundary of a change before applying it, keep backups appropriate to your system, and make sure you are entitled to change the machine.

VaxTweaker makes no promise of higher frame rates, lower latency, a better benchmark, greater stability or compatibility with every game or configuration. Results depend on the machine and the workload. No published measurement exists; the measurement protocol states what would have to be recorded before one could.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent applicable law permits, VaxTweaker is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or of compatibility with every non-standard configuration, security product, driver or third-party application.

Nothing here excludes or limits a liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity.

Intellectual property and prohibited conduct

The software, its design, its branding and its documentation remain the property of their owner. A licence grants use rights only.

Except where applicable law expressly permits it and the right cannot be waived, you must not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the software available to others;
• share, publish, sell or traffic in keys;
• bypass, disable, forge or tamper with licence or activation controls;
• use a key generator, a crack, a stolen credential or an unauthorised licence service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software; or
• use the service to attack, abuse, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to a system or an account.

Community

The community server runs under its own published rules, which are on the community rules page of this site. Moderators may remove content, restrict access or remove a member under those rules and applicable law.

Removal from the community does not by itself end a software licence and does not create a refund. A refund is assessed under the refunds page and under mandatory law.

Linking Discord is optional. The Premium role follows your Premium status: it is removed when Premium ends or when you unlink, and given back if you link again while Premium is active.

Suspension and termination

Access may be investigated and, where proportionate, suspended or ended for a material breach: key sharing, fraud, security abuse or prohibited conduct.

A confirmed refund ends the licence. An unpaid renewal suspends Premium after a 7-day grace period, and the application then runs as Free with your local settings and data intact. After a confirmed refund or dispute, Premium stops on each device at its next confirmation, or at the latest 72 hours later if the device stays offline. A payment dispute is reviewed before any change to access, and never causes an automatic permanent revocation.

Ending a licence does not remove an accrued payment obligation, an intellectual-property restriction, a dispute provision or a right that survives by law.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change for legal, security, product or operational reasons. A material change is published with an updated date and a summary of what changed. After a material change, the first time you sign in to Account we ask you to expressly accept the new terms before you continue. We record the version, the date and a fingerprint of the text you accepted. A change applies going forward, except where law requires otherwise.

An event beyond reasonable control — a network or provider outage, a Windows or driver change, an act of public authority, a natural event — can delay the service. That does not excuse an obligation that applicable law makes mandatory.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law.

If you are a Consumer, that choice does not deprive you of a mandatory protection or of a court available to you under the law of your country of habitual residence.

Open a support ticket first if you want a dispute resolved informally.

What is not in place yet

So that no section above can be read as more than it is, this is what does not exist today.
