This page states when a payment is refunded, what changes once a licence has been activated, and the rights that always remain available whatever this page says.
30 days from the first purchase, licence never used
The commercial guarantee offers a full refund of the first VaxTweaker purchase, whether Monthly, Annual or Lifetime, when requested within 30 calendar days and the licence has never been successfully activated on a PC.
A delivered key, an opened checkout or a failed activation attempt does not count as use. A renewal or plan change does not restart the 30 days. Statutory rights and the reseller's refund policy may still apply to later payments.
If you bought VaxTweaker on Sell.app, the previous store, your first purchase through our authorised reseller counts as your first purchase: the 30-day guarantee applies to it too.
Withdrawal and statutory rights
Where the law grants a right of withdrawal, including a 14-day period for eligible EU consumer purchases, that right is separate from the commercial guarantee. Its conditions may vary by transaction and country; the no-activation condition above does not remove a statutory right.
After the licence has been activated
For digital content supplied immediately, a statutory withdrawal right can end only when the applicable requirements are met, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation on a durable medium. A successful activation alone does not prove those requirements were met.
Once a licence has been successfully activated on a PC, the separate unused-licence commercial guarantee no longer applies. Statutory remedies for defects, failed supply or other protected cases remain available.
Rights that always apply
Nothing on this page removes a mandatory right. A defect, a lack of conformity, a failure to supply, a failed activation, an incorrect or duplicated charge, and any other case the law covers are each assessed on their own, regardless of the 30-day commercial period or activation.
Cancelling a recurring plan
A monthly or annual plan can be cancelled at any time from Account, which opens the reseller's customer portal. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing renews after it. Cancelling is not the same as a refund: a cancellation ends future payments, a refund returns a payment already made.
Lifetime does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
How to ask
For an order handled by the reseller, use the assistance link on the receipt to request a refund or exercise an eligible withdrawal right. Include the purchase email and order reference; do not send a full licence key, password or raw hardware identifier.
A refund request on its own does not switch off a licence. Any change to access follows a confirmed refund: Premium then stops on each device at its next licence confirmation, or at the latest 72 hours later if the device stays offline.
Who handles the order
The order itself, the payment methods offered and the receipt are handled by the reseller identified below, acting as the seller of record for the transaction. Its own terms apply to the payment, alongside the refund terms on this page.
Payment disputes
A dispute opened with a bank or payment provider is reviewed before any access change. The result and the verified payment state determine any later licence update.
A dispute is not a second refund route and does not remove a mandatory right. There is no penalty fee and no permanent block.
Reseller of record
Our order process is conducted by our authorised online reseller, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, named at checkout.
